Concerning Returns or Damaged Goods:
It is our desire to have your satisfaction, not only for our product's performance, but also in receiving your order promptly and without damage.
In the event that damage does result during shipping which is out of our control please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will see that you are reimbursed or sent a replacement as you wish:

In the event that you are unsatisfied with our product, you will be able to return it for a full refund minus the shipping costs if you act upon it within 30 days of your receiving it. A call or email must be first done to authorize the return. You must then return the unused part of the product/s to receive your refund. No refund will be given unless you send back the remaining part of product/s to the following address after you have first called or let us know by email to have it authorized. You will receive back the cost of the product/s. We will also gladly refund your return shipping cost--if we receive a copy of your shipping cost receipt. Thank you.
