Waite Ventures, LLC is concerned about the safety of your personal information. That is why any necessary personal names, emails, addresses, phone numbers or credit card information is treated with respect, only shared with those involved in the process of an order and is encrypted and transmitted by a secure server called a Secure Socket Layer or SSL where it then remains in our database under encrypted technology. Waite Ventures, LLC owner of this website, Natural Vitamin and Herb Shop, our suppliers, and possibly our hosting company when involved in processing an order are the only personel that are privy to your personal information at any given time. Since we are a family based business, we have no other employees that would be involved in handling your information. There will never be autobilling used as all orders are treated as a one time event and paid in full at time of purchase. We do however use "cookies" in order to personalize your particular interests and hopefully serve you better. You may of course, opt out by blocking "cookies" on your computer. This may limit the use of fully experiencing the benefits of our site, however, and then orders can also be taken through email or by phone in that event. Also the use of Pay Pal is available to you if you do not wish to use credit cards.                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Disclosure of Personal Information to Outside Parties:                                                                                             

We do not believe in disclosing personal information to any outside parties. We never sell or trade personal information. Outside parties does not mean hosting partners or suppliers of our products or anyone who is necessary to process your order transactions. Those necessary parties are required to keep confidential files under secure encryption as described above. The only exception would be if we were lawfully required to release such information due to law enforcement policies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Emails and advertisements:                                                                                                                                           

We are opposed to spamming, and do not wish to "flood" your email box. You may opt to be placed on our emailing list and then receive our News, Sales and Note emails if you wish, but it is voluntary. If you have already been on the email list and wish to discontinue, merely let us know that you wish to unsubscribe, and we will take you off the list. Advertisements for our site may also appear on social media outreaches.
