As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily with meals.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 should consult a physician before using this.

Use caution with this product if you have liver problems, GERD (gastroesophagel reflux disease) or are sensitive to estrogen. Stop taking two weeks before and after surgery.
